CTMH TECHNIQUE BLOGHOP BASE AND BLING CHARMS

Ladies, welcome to 2015 and this year's first technique bloghop and boy has it started off with a bang. Wow we have a large group of super talented ladies playing this go round. I am amazed with the creativity and talent that we all possess.
This hop goes in a huge circle so visit each site and leave a little love at each one. If you get lost along the way the go back to the beginning to our leader Sheila Bennett and she will get you back on the right track.

You should be coming from Belinda Mclane's blog wow she is one talented lady. Her project was awesome! CTMH offers awesome products that can be used in many different ways and Belinda used the Base and Bling in an awesome way.

I am a big YouTube follower and I found an awesome lady named   Gerriann Armstrong and she is a fellow CTMH consultant. Boy does she have some awesome videos and excellent tutorials. I always look forward to her next Ustream.

So for my technique I decided to do one of her 8 page layouts. Once you use Gerriann's technique for cutting the layouts are very quick even for an 8 page one. For my project I used the Ariana Paper pack (X7179B) from the Spring/Summer 2014 catalog. I used the following pieces of card stock that were exclusive to the pack only: Ariana Coral and Ariana Grey. I also used White Daisy (1385) and Outdoor Denim (1275) and Kraft for my page bases (Z1375). This paper was so feminine but had a masculine flair in my opinion. I also used Shimmer Trim in Pink (Z1986), Seam binding ribbon (Z1732), the Black and Grey Epoxy Bubbles (Z1935), the Ariana Complements which are awesome (X7179C) and just one little green bow from the
Ariana Assortment adhesive backed, fabric bows (Z3002).

For our feature product I used the Faux Antique Gold Pendant (Z2025) with an image from the Base and Bling Journey Style Sheet (Z2054). Wow these colors matched perfectly with my layouts. Who would have thought that something made months before would match another item made months later. I think that CTMH is sneaky like that.
I tried to make it look like a photo just hanging on the wall. I tied a cute little bow to complete the image. I really loved doing these layouts and it was a great way for me to use up some of my older paper packs that were just gathering dust. I will be making another set!
Sorry for such a long post. Now we still have lots of awesome ladies on this list so make sure that you visit all of them.
Now head on over to another super talented lady by the name of Tonya Whitehurst . Her project is just awesome!
Thanks ladies for looking and have a wonderful hop!!

For anyone that visits my site I am sorry that I did not use the correct part of the base and bling...aka charms. I can easily go back and add a charm tonight and correct my mistake. Apologies ladies.
