easter blocks

I made this using my sizzix die cut of the cube. I used an old Anna Griffin paper pack and Martha Stewart punches. I used CTMH Chocolate ink for all the edges. I used cricut cart base camp and cut the letters out at 3 1/2 inches. I took it to work cause there is no one at home to admire it but me. TFL!

For baby Teagan

I made this little accordian fold album for Grace so she can put pictures of baby Teagan in there. The album came from CTMH and the papers were from a baby girl pack by K and Company. She really liked it.

Assorted cards

I made these cards using CTMH paper and stamps. I buy paper packs then get scared to use them so I am trying to make myself use them up before they get torn. Thanks for looking.

Baby card for Teagan

I made this card for my friend Grace and soon to be here baby Teagan. I used new arrival from cricut and used CTMH papers and stamps. These are her baby colors.

Thank you cards

I used a pattern I found on the CTMH website and decided to make some cards. I will find her name and give her credit where credit is due. I used CTMH papers and stamps and used 4 x 51/2 cards. Thanks for looking. Sorry for the photo being crooked but that is what happens when your view finder is broken on your camera. My honey Adam ordered me a new one and should be here soon. Can't wait!!!

This set I made for my Mom.

I made this set of cards for my Mom because she really enjoys sending cards to her friends. I just made her an assortment so she has plenty to choose from. I have not made the box yet but it will be the same box that I used for Becky's set.

Card set for my sister Becky

I made this set of cards for my sister Becky cause her office is always doing something for someone. I wanted her to have a set so she wouldn't call at 10 pm the night before she needs them. I hope she enjoys them. I also made her a box to put them in, Directions for the box are as follows: use a 8x12 piece of cardstock and score on the 12 inch side at 1, 51/2, 61/2, and 11, for the 8 inch side score at 1 and 7. cut the tabs and tape together. The band is made as wide as you. I put the band around the box and then score so it won't fit so snuggly.

Birthday card for Denise

I made another double display card for Denise for her birthday on Friday. I used cricut doodlecharms for the cupcake cut at 3 inches. I hope she likes it.

Double Display Card

As I was blog hopping today I came across this cute card called the Double Display Card. I found it at http://www.sweetasagumdrop.blogspot.com/. It looks hard but it is very easy to do. Cut the paper like she tells you and follow the directions and you won't go wrong. I just used some paper I had on hand and used a CTMH stamp set. I used nestibilities to cut the ovals and a Martha Stewart punch for the butterfly. The first photo is a top view of the card. Sorry for the poor quality but my camera screen is broken so I just do the best I can until I can get a new screen or camera. Thanks for looking.

Welcome sign

I saw this on the CTMH website. The lady used a 8x10 sheet a paper and scored it at 2 inches on both sides. I used CTMH textured paper for the back ground and sanded it so the white would show. I used chipboard for the letters and the bird and used the cricut for the branch from the Winter Wonderland cart. I used American Crafts paper for the squares. I bought the frame at $tree.

cuttlebug purses

Since we had a snowday last week I wasn't able to give V-day gifts to a few friends so I gave these little purses to them today. I used the cuttlebug and embossed the black one and just free handed the red one. I covered them with versamark and poured clear embossing powder and heat set them. I used the topnote die by sizzix to cut 3 dies and attached them to a small bag and put candy in there for each one.

SNOW, SNOW,SNOW EVERYWHERE

We rarely get snow in East Texas and when we do everyone panics....people forget how to drive, power goes out and everyone floods the grocery stores and everyone calls in at work. Well last night our weather man was right for once and we actually got snow at least 5-6 inches of it and it is so so pretty. Of course they called us and said we didn't have to go to work and we DO get paid for not coming in(wohoo!) and of course my cupboards are bare but thats okay cause when you get to stay home from work you can do anything you want so I had a chili-cheese dog for breakfast and man was it good! The snow is melting fast and it will be yucky slush by this afternoon but it was worth getting out of bed early and going outside and just listening to the sounds of nature. It was great. I was taking photos with my camera and camera phone and also with my flip camera. I have to say it again it was so pretty. My mom called and said don't leave the house for anything but I may venture out this afternoon. I thank the good Lord above for protecting us all last night and for giving us such a beautiful day today. Thank you.

I still have power and heat and most importantly internet service but even if I didn't it would still be a great day. So enough rambling........going back outside to retake some photos cause I just realized I didn't have a memory stick in my camera when I took those earlier shots. What a dummy. Enjoy and everyone stay safe no matter where you are at.

Box for my sweetie!

I used my top notch die and made a box for the candy and then stamped the heart using CTMH Love Languages stamp and K&COMPANY paper. I also made a shadow cut using some black paper. I then highlighted each swirl and circle with a cool new pen called atyou Spica twinkling like stars clear . It is made with crushed glass. VERY COOL!
